Can vegetarians or vegans do a ketogenic diet?

It is possible, but it’s not easy. Because traditional vegetarian sources of protein include foods that are not ketogenic, such as beans and grains. So, you will have to be a little more careful with your choices of carbohydrates and protein on a vegan/vegetarian keto diet.
