It is important to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water when you are in ketosis. However, there are many other no-carb or very low-carb keto diet drinks you can enjoy. Examples include nut milks like almond milk (unsweetened), broths (meat or vegetable), coconut milk (unsweetened), sparkling water (mineral, club soda), teas (unsweetened) and herbal infusions. Just check-out their carb content and make note of the calories and macros they add – liquids count as much as solid food!
