Do I need to take fiber supplements on keto?

Although you’re not getting fiber from grains and fruit, there is still plenty of fiber in the vegetables, low-carb fruits and nuts you will be consuming. Just make sure you include enough of these in your diet.  However, if you still lack fiber; you can take sugar-free fiber supplements, like ground flax or psyllium husk to help your digestion.
