We love Cobb salad because it’s hearty and filling. The flavors also add to its appeal. But to make it even keto friendlier, here’s our take on classic Cobb.

About Cobb Salad

According to The Kitchen Project website, Cobb salad was created in 1937 at the Brown Derby Restaurant in Hollywood. The official story is that one midnight Bob Cobb, then owner of the Brown Derby, was looking for a snack and made the salad. Sid Grauman from Grauman’s Chinese Theater who was with Cobb that night asked for a “Cobb salad” the next day, and the salad became a Derby sensation soon enough.
