Pork Baby Back Ribs

  • 2lb. baby back ribs
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper, to taste


  • 1Preheat oven to 275F.
  • 2Combine spices in a bowl.
  • 3Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a rack on top.
  • 4Rub the pork ribs on all sides with and place onto the rack.
  • 5Bake the ribs for 3 hours.
  • 6Cool on a rack before cutting and serving.
