  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¾ tsp baking powder

What Type of Mug Should I Use?

This recipe yields approximately 6 slices of 2 ½ inches in diameter and ½ inch thickness. For that, you’ll need a larger mug with a capacity of 16 fluid oz or a width of around 3 inches. Make sure the mug is microwave safe and especially make sure it’s wide.

How to Store

Store any leftovers in the fridge in air-tight containers for up to 3 days. For longer storage, place the slices in the freezer for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave before serving.
