Original Dark Chocolate (12oz)

If you're a fan of classic dark chocolate, then you'll love this sugar-free bar. It's also perfect for baking and making hot chocolate. It contains C8 MCTs (as do all our other flavors) that are especially known for improving brain health. However, C8 MCTs are also great for boosting energy levels as well as ketone production.

Ingredients:

Unsweetened Chocolate, Inulin, Erythritol, Cocoa Butter, Medium Chain Triglycerides. Contains 2% or less: Natural Vanilla Flavor, Steviol Glycosides (stevia extract), Sodium Caseinate [a milk derivative], Sunflower Lecithin.

Pumpkin Seeds & Sea Salt (12oz)

When chocolate bars are formulated with your health in mind, they do make for a nutritious snack. Our Keto Chocolate Bar is no exception to this. The bar was specifically formulated for the keto diet to help keto dieters stay within their macros.

A 1-ounce serving of our bar will give you the following macros:

  • 13g Fat
  • 2g Net Carbs
  • 0g Sugar
  • 10% MCT  

Besides the above macros, this Keto Chocolate Bar is a great source of valuable nutrients from the dark chocolate itself and the added nuts. Cocoa beans, from which chocolate is made, are an excellent source of essential minerals like iron, magnesium, copper, and potassium. Nuts also provide a range of nutrients like vitamin E, folate, thiamin, and fiber.  

We've added ingredients like cocoa butter, MCTs (C8), and nuts to boost the product’s fat content. We also flavored the bars with non-nutritive keto sweeteners and natural vanilla to keep carbs as low as possible. Sunflower lecithin replaces soy lecithin in this bar for anyone concerned about soy and its effects on health.

Keto Chocolate Recipe

Our Keto Chocolate Bar is good all on its own. But our classic dark chocolate, in particular, is ideal for dessert making. We suggest trying out this chocolate lava cake for starters. It’s a foolproof recipe that’s ready in 20 minutes max. And best of all, it’s keto-approved.

Keto Chocolate Lava Cakes Recipe

Keto chocolate lava cake
Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
Cooking time:10 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2oz. Keto Dark chocolate - roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon super-fine almond flour
  • 2oz. unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 2 medium eggs, room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons desired Keto approved sweetener

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Grease 2 ramekins (4oz) with a bit of butter.
  3. Melt the chopped chocolate and remaining butter over simmering water.
  4. Beat the eggs with an electric mixer.
  5. Fold in the melted chocolate and stir until you get a smooth consistency.
  6. Fold in the almond flour and a sweetener of your liking into the chocolate mixture.
  7. Divide the batter between the ramekins.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes.
  9. Invert the cakes on dessert plates and serve warm.
