Caroline Levens is the low carb enthusiast behind Caroline’s Keto Kitchen. She started Caroline’s Keto Kitchen in 2015, after she wanted a way to easily share her low carb recipes with the world. 

Caroline follows a ketogenic diet for medical reasons and will be keto and gluten free for life.
