I used to spend hours researching Keto recipes. Then spent even more time (and money) shopping for ingredients, preparing, cooking and cleaning up.
But I didn’t start making any REAL progress on Keto, until I simplified and cooked less.
You see, as I got busier and busier in my personal and work life - Keto started to get harder and harder to keep up with. I just had no time to cook or prepare.
And because of this, it was awfully tempting to grab a quick snack…
Even if it was a little carb heavy!
In other words - my lack of time was threatening to sabotage my health goals on Keto.
I just couldn’t find the time to prepare all the delicious meals and snacks that the Keto lifestyle had promised me.
So I was often stuck eating the same old “meal-prep” recipes.
Let me tell you: re-heating these old meals got bland pretty quickly!
Luckily, I’m one of the co-founders at a company called Kiss My Keto…
(In case this is our first time meeting, my name is Alex Bird and I’m a Keto-er just like you).
And because of this, I was in a position to do something about this conundrum.
So, rewind a few months back…
I set out to come up with a solution to my problem.
Basically, I needed something that would be quick and easy to make…
But would also taste great and keep me full for hours.
And of course, it’d have to be healthy with Keto-friendly macros!
Now, after months of brainstorming, formulating and testing…
